The perfect manicure, for me, is minimal yet loud. I usually chicken out at the nail salon when it comes to bright lit colors. They look soooo good but I always settle for my usual nudes and light pinks. I guess I tend to want a minimal color to ‘go with everything’ I wear, as color coordination is very important in my style. Every two weeks I go to my nail guy, Tony, to get my claws done. For awhile I had the worst habit of biting my nails, but now I let them grow and get them professionally done with gel polish. Why did it take me so long to get the gel tho?! I have to do more research and see if there are any bad side effects of using it, but so far so good. My polish doesn’t chip and my mani can last for two weeks…maaaaaybe three.
