This year I have set a goal to eat healthier and cut down on some of my bad eating habits! It’s hard to maintain resistance during the holidays of course, and I had my fair share of sweets. But its a new year and time to set new goals! Below are some of my favorite snacks to munch on, and of course my official weakness – a caramel latte. I can cheat just a little, right?
