There are so many cute and cozy coffee shops in Accra, but De Cafe is definitely my favorite. There are times when I need to be in a beautiful setting for my writing – and of course with the most delicious cup of coffee. Located in Labone, it features and indoor and outdoor seating area. I prefer to work indoors, as outside becomes too much of a distraction at times. There’s a nice variety of coffee, tea, smoothies, and a nice selection of baked goods. Everytime I go here it reminds me of my favorite cafe back in Chicago – Ellipsis Coffeehouse. It’s always nice to have a piece of ‘comfort’ whenever I travel to my second home. I can’t wait to be in Ghana and get started on my fashion projects. There is so much to do, but I’m oh so excited to start. It’s a beautiful day in fashion….
